Bear Notes
Bear is the notes app for writers who love Markdown but want it to look beautiful. The editor renders Markdown in-line — headings, bold, lists, and code blocks are styled as you type while remaining editable. It's the best of both worlds. Nested tags (#work/projects/Q4) organize notes without rigid folder structures. The search is instant and full-text. Linked notes create connections between ideas. Export to HTML, PDF, Markdown, DOCX, and more. Free tier is generous for basic note-taking. Bear Pro ($2.99/month) adds sync across Apple devices, themes, and advanced export options. The typography and design are gorgeous — it's a joy to write in. For Apple users who want a focused, beautiful writing tool, Bear is the answer.
