Todoist Premium
Todoist is the task manager that balances power with simplicity. Quick-add with natural language ("Call dentist tomorrow at 2pm #personal") makes capturing tasks instant. Projects, labels, priorities, and filters organize everything without overwhelming you. The Karma system gamifies productivity — completing tasks earns points and maintains streaks. Boards view (Kanban-style) and calendar integration provide visual project management. Real-time collaboration for shared projects. Syncs across every platform: web, desktop, mobile, email, browser extensions, even smartwatches. Premium adds reminders, comments, file uploads, and auto-backups at $4/month. For GTD enthusiasts and list lovers, Todoist is the gold standard. Over 30 million users rely on it daily.
