Benchmade Bugout 535
The Benchmade Bugout is the knife that converted non-knife-people into daily carriers. At just 1.85 oz, it's so light you genuinely forget it's there. The CPM-S30V blade holds an edge excellently and is easy to resharpen. The AXIS lock is ambidextrous and one of the safest, strongest lock mechanisms available. The blue Grivory handles are lightweight but sturdy. The thumb-stud deploys the blade smoothly with one hand. The 3.24" drop-point blade handles every daily task: packages, boxes, food, cord, straps. Benchmade's LifeSharp service means free sharpening for life. Made in Oregon, USA. If you carry one knife every day, this should be it.
