Our Place Always Pan 2.0

The Always Pan replaces your fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, non-stick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. That's the pitch, and honestly? It delivers on most of it. The ceramic non-stick coating works beautifully, the built-in steamer basket is clutch, and the nested spatula is a nice touch. Version 2.0 improved heat distribution and added a larger cooking surface. It heats evenly across gas, electric, and induction. The pour spouts on both sides are actually useful for sauces and eggs. Honest caveat: the non-stick coating will degrade over time with high heat (true of all ceramic coatings). Treat it right — medium heat, wooden utensils — and it'll last years. The colors are gorgeous too.
